At our College we evaluated major VLEs and decided that as each are very
different and offer separate 'modules and variables', the tendering
process could not provide the 'best' solution, because each product is
so different ...therefore rational was applied as to which VLE was
popular among staff and other Colleges/Universities, which offered
expandability, which had a good support base and...was easy to use!!
