Dear List
I would love to hear from anybody who has experience, or can give advice
regarding the capturing and sharing of individual knowledge within an
organisation. Basically we have a member of staff who is leaving after 30
years, and 30 years of knowledge is going with him. I would like to
introduce practices within my organisation that would prevent this from
happening again. I have a few ideas but would really value some advice.
I will collate any advice given and circulate it to the list (putting into
practice the spread of knowledge!)
Many thanks in advance,
Karen Baker
