Brian, you can still upgrade to 1.5.X even if it doesn't have all
the promised land of voms, but wait for Graeme's investigation
into the schema upgrade. Oh and wait till we have tested it.
By then, probably X >= 4.
In short, don't grade anything up just yet. At least no production
stuff.
