Have you tried
apt-get install perl-TermReadKey
LCG has been victim to some cleaning up of package names in the last
release. Its best to search on a couple of sections of package names in
general. Scientific Linux is not debian, the packages available are
quite few so its often easy to hunt around, see the following example
#apt-cache search ReadKey
perl-TermReadKey - A perl module for simple terminal control.
I would also suggest using YAIM as it supports DPM and will get you
passed the building of a gridmap file for definite.
