FUAO:- Dr Linda Misek-Falkoff, UN Disability Convention and Richard Light,
UN delegate to the UK can you please email me your correspondence adressess
personal for my solictors, because I am calling both of you as witnesses in
my case. Any others individuals or groups who want to come as witnesses in
my case, then please email me and I will pass on your details to my legal
advocates.
I like to thank you all for your continued support in my case.
I need to inform everyone that all my cases have been adjourned again for
another 28 days to allow me to instruct Jackson and Canter solicitors,
Liverpool, UK in my case and instructing barristers Fiona Morris and
Kristina Stern, 39 Essex Street, London.
Dr Aylott and I was informed by District Judge Besford that the East Riding
of Yorkshire Council want me 'imprisoned' for breaching an injunction, when
I have protested and complained and entered public building to assert my
basic human and civil rights about the lack of my care and support as a
neurodiverse disabled person and that my careplan is still not being
implemented. The ERYC are stating that my 'neurodiverse' behaviour is
causing their staff and officers great distress.
They are not bothered about how I am feeling and their continued abusive and
disability discrimination and their 'disablist' attitudes and behaviour and
continued intimidation, bullying, provocation and 'negeclt' I am suffering
daily is caused by them and all other other public bodies in my case all
these years by them refusing to meet my assessed needs and implement my
careplan !!
What do you all think?
I didn't even know I had these 'injunctions', because I was informed by DJ
Besford at the last Court haring that they was all 'stayed', so how can I be
in breach then. Also these injunctions are a serious breach of my basic
human and civil rights and disability discrimination, especially
'victimisation', under s55 DDA.
Is this what happens to us neurodiverse crips when we try and assert
ourselves in our neurodiverse ways, then our neurodiverse 'behaviour' is
always misinterpreted. This happens to us with disabled neurotpicals too as
I experienced with various disabled people at Hull and East Riding Choices
and Rights CIL.
I have just been told by the Chair there, because I applied for a job there
and they will not meet my 'access-needs', so the Chair as made abusive,
discriminatory and liblious comments about my neurodiverse behaviour and
acussed me of shouting at some members of his female staff.
I treat men and women 'equally' within my neurodiverse behavioural ways and
as Professor Patricia Howlin, Dr Shah and other 'experts' in my case have
said that all individuals 'behviour' with Asperger Syndrome, TS, ADHD,
Dyspraxia and other neourdiverse impairments is always being misinterpreted
as 'agrressive-behaviour' by both non-disabled neurotpyicals and also
disabled neuropyicals too, so us nd's face discrimination from 'outside' and
inside the disabled people's movemnet, too by 'our-own' as I've expeienced
it in the local disabled people's movement by various individuals within my
local CIL inn the Hull and E. Riding.
Why do somen women always hard behind their 'gender' and also whey do some
'men' use this vulnerable women sydrome all the times to excuse women saying
that we are 'abusing' them, even if we men are not?
As knows of you who know me I treat both men and women 'equally' and that's
how it should be in this world.
I may come across of being arrogant and abusive ,but that's how most Aspie
men come across, but we don't mean to be abusve or bully anyone. It's our
'impiarments'. We do have social interaction and communication difficulties,
especailly in groups and due to abuse we(I) as a neurodiverse disabled
person continually experience this; and it means many of us may go on into
'metdown' at times, due to 'exposure-anxiety' caused by oppressive
environments.
This is where I am continually misunderstood by the Courts, public bodies,
professionals, officers , disabled peer and within wider society all the
time, but do I really deserve to be 'imprisoned' and continually 'abused'
for trying to self-advocate for myself when I am not being given any support
and care that I've been assessed as needing?
Have I not got the basic human and cicil rights as a neurodiverse disabled
person to freedom of speech and protest about the lack of care and support
in my case and when as an advocate I 'speak-out' on their behalf, 'and-with'
other neurodiverse disabled people and all other disabled people to
experiences 'injustices', like my own case everyday of our lives?
Take-Care
Colin Revell
