Hello All,
Just to add my 2 cents, I did my Masters at the University of Limerick (I am American) and
Disability Services fully funded my special needs including note-takers and visual
fire alarms and doorbells in university housing. I do not know how other EU countries
do this but I can speak for my experience in Ireland. Limerick went out of its way
to be helpful and accommodating.
Regards,
Mairin
