Yes.
The lowest ppm Cg of a Val will be Cga unless one of the prochirals
'inherits' from Hga*/Hgb*. The first assigned Cg will become Cga, but may
switch depending on the presence/shift of the second Cg or subsequent Hg
connections...

I am working on this presently. Wolfgang has recently sorted a few issues
with importing peak lists and the first test seemed OK, although I have
yet to test in anger (just to busy).
Getting the violation data etc back into CCPN seems to be the biggest
issue outstanding.
