Thanks for the detailed info you send me - exactly what I needed to figure
out what's going on.
One of the problems with the 'normal' XEasy format is that it cannot
handle ambiguous assignments, so the formatConverter tries to 'compress'
the atom names for ambiguous assignments (if possible). It seems that in
your case the FC compressed HB2/HB3 and then used QB as output even if
there was only an HB2 - this is not correct and something I have to look
into. If you send me a .tar.gz of your CCPN project I can explore further
why this is happening.
Anyway because you're exporting as CYANA format compressing the atom names
is not necessary, so can you try the following:
- In the peak export menu, click on 'Additional options'.
- Unselect the 'Compress names in output' button
- Try the export again
- Let me know if that works!
