This is a bit interesting, as the visual web pages which I looked at
displayed two very different formats and so forth. The one which I got to
was typical US treatment provision (not necessarily the therapeutic
community) and the other was clearly rooted in the "spiritual" type, as
either you or Rowdy noted.
Curious, I think as an individual (not on behalf of EFTC) I'll give this a
miss.

I can't get icwc.org to respond, but ICWC is the accepted abbreviation for
"I Can We Can't", and I think there's only one organization. The Office
address is as you gave it, but there are faciltiies elsewhere as well (like
Community Housing and Therapy here in England, with main office, and then
individual facilities). I think there's only the one.
