Hi Tim,
I'm guessing you're just talking about WCSSHOW, as all the other KAPPA Tcl
tasks using Startcl bits, so I guess that's reasonably harmless, but it
might be better to use --with-tcl when configuring KAPPA (to get this
working you need --with-tcl=/usr/bin on my machine, not --with-tcl=/usr).
