Owen. In terms of extra testing, i  think at some time we need to do 
test from/to  lancaster/RAL  using dteam credentials (MATT, do you
want ot do it? )to see if we can get fts rate up.
all my rates above 150Mbps haver been using srmcp and not uising fts.
it will be good to
se  if we can get > 500Mbps purely on an FTS controlled transfers.
plus all my tests have been with ATLAS certification and not dteam.
