Hi,
Link PeakList to Root is a really great tool, but has a problem
with where it moves some 3D windows based on 2D roots. Here's a fix that
will leave the y axis of the target windows displaying the current range
of shifts, rather than some silly value. It's probably not sufficiently
general to be THE solution, but should prove handy until Tim decides how
it should be.

ccpnmr/ccpnmr1.0/python/ccpnmr/analysis/LinkPeakListsPopup.py
insert
412,429d411
< axisRegions = window.axisPanels[1].axisRegions
<
< row=0
< i=0
< for axisRegion in axisRegions[1:]:
< i += 1
< if axisRegion.isActive:
< row = i
< break
<
< axisRegion = axisRegions[row]
< region = axisRegion.region
<
< (r0, r1) = region
< keepmiddle = (r1 + r0) * 0.5
<
< positions[0]['y'] = keepmiddle
