All RCTs have to have a catchy (?corny) abbreviation (making up the abbreviation usually takes more time and effort than writing the trial protocol!).
MINT is the HTA funded Managing Injuries of the Neck Trial

This trial came from a FAEM suggestion to the HTA. We are getting our ideas coming through the HTA system with funding attached (I see that magnesium in asthma has just been advertised). However, I only received two responses to my request for HTA suggestions this year, which is pretty disappointing.
