Sounds good.
The other thing I tried messing with that's relevant here was the
segment:identifier bit in the Spin Systems popup. One problem was that
when I try to edit this field I get such a long list that I can't select
the appropriate item as it's off the bottom of the screen. The other
thing was that from the documentation I was expecting sequentially
assigned residues to have the same number before the colon and different
numbers after, but instead I just have different numbers before and all
:000 after. Perhaps I am misreading, or just need to play with the thing
some more.....
