of course not,
it may be on a different additional level, more
informal for communities of interest in a way..
but it needs either a common platform or platforms
that CAN cooperate with one another if we need to get
things forward.. and people and funding for moderation
and maintanance. this is where it gets difficult as
there is more money for brand new projects but not for
existing projects or 'not flashy' projects for further
exploration and research in depth of existing
situations. As Harvey Sacks said once, you never know
what a person's single sentence might reveal. there so
much to find in what we already have...
