Hi Shabana,
Snapshot tools are associated with the Enterprise version of Blackboard.
If you are running a basic version of Blackboard then you would not be
able to use snapshot tools regardless which numerical version you are
running.
You may find the Blackboard/Courseinfo userslist

related problems.

Subject: [VLES] Snapshot Tool
Hi everyone, Happy New Year to you all.
My knowledge of Blackboard is slightly limited having just started work
very recently and not having any previous background experience. So I
was wondering if someone can help me. At present the college is using
Version 6.2.3.23 and I need to know whether this version supports the
'Snapshot Tool'. Having had a look, I don't think the college is using
it, but I would really like to know whether the tool is generic or
whether the college has the option of which tools would be more
appopriate for use? Or if the tool is available where would I find it?
Im not sure whether you have completed understood me! But I look forward
to your replies.
Many thanks
Shabana Zia
