Thanks Rosalind - I just needed to be around at 2.00
am to download this proposal from you and send it to
BERA in time to meet the 9.00 am deadline!
Fortunately - I was - by 4.00 am anyway! It's amazing
how restructuring sleep patterns by going to bed at
6.30 pm can help you survive!
