ClinicalResource@Ovid for the Journal of the Medical Library
Association? It's a new point-of-care resource.

It mixes EBM and non-EBM components, and also mixes free and paid
resources. It's an interesting compilation. It's by the team that used
to develop SKOLAR MD for Wolters Kluwer, so could be considered a new
version of that resource.
