If my memory is correct, The Institute of Technology at Cranfield was connected with the Department of Transports old
Road research Lab (TRRL) in Crowthorne, much of the disability research was done by Philip Oxley, another source could be Anne Frye
at the Department of Transport office in Marsham Street, London SW1?
