Hi Mikael,
This FAQ was originally intended to be a wiki that anyone could post to
but unfortunately we received some, umm how shall we put it, "off
topic" posts so we had to close down the comments facility. I'm afraid
we haven't had the time or resources to set up the kind of effective
access management that this really needs. If people feel that it
would be really useful to be able add to this FAQ though we could
certainly reconsider allocating some resource to this at some stage in
the future. So let me know what you think folks!
