Yes. the merging didn't fail but there are just these errors.
This error occurred at the crossover of anonymously assigned and
specifically assigned peaks. Eg., I had some residues assigned
specifically. Some where assigned and connected anonymously (i, i-1).
When I assigned the anonymous peak next to a specifically assigned
peak, I get this error.
