Dear Developers,
I picked a peak by 'ctrl+shift+left click dragging.' The peak is from
a HNCO spectra with C shift of 174.755, N - 119.38, H - 8.0614. The z-
plane is amide N. When I select this peak and do R:Peak: Centre on Z
plane it goes to N - 122, H 8.2, roughly the same C plane though not
exactly!, and an unrelated peak appears to have been selected in this
newly moved to position.
I do not see any errors in the python prompt. Other strange things
also happen, though not this consistently. When I selected this newly
picked peak and delete it, it says that it will delete two peaks
while only one is visible. It looks like the previously mentioned
wrongly selected z-plane peak is probably selected too. Its way away
from this peak and the same peak did not have this problem before. I
see this only now.
Many thanks.
Best,
Murali.
