I just installed the new version of UpdateAgent.py from the upgrade site.
Now, when I select upgrade in the menu, I get the following messages at
the level of the python prompt:
>>> /ccpnmr/ccpnmr1.0/python/ccpnmr/update/temp/python__temp_ccpnmr__temp
_analysis_SecStructureGraphPopup.py
/ccpnmr/ccpnmr1.0/python/ccpnmr/analysis/SecStructureGraphPopup.py
/ccpnmr/ccpnmr1.0/python/ccpnmr/update/temp/python__temp_ccp__temp_util_Molecule.py
/ccpnmr/ccpnmr1.0/python/ccp/util/Molecule.py

/ccpnmr/ccpnmr1.0/python/ccpnmr/update/UpdateAgent.py
This appears to be a list of files checked for potential need to upgrade
rather than a traceback. Is this listing necessary, and if it is, could
it be done in some other manner?
Sincerely,
