It appears that this happens if all the peaks corresponding to an NH
resonance is selected, both intra-residual and inter-residual (in the
triple resonance experiments), and click on a peak corresponding to
the previous residue and setting the sequential spin system as
preceding. If everything else is not selected and only that peak to
which I intend apply the sequential spin system, then it works fine.
I can be sure this was not the behaviour earlier. It worked fine (in
v 1.0.7) and the spin system was set for only the peak on which you
invoked the R: menu even if other peaks are in a selected state (with
the exception of adding a peak to the same spin system).
