To Whom it may concern,
I have just discovered a bug which is easily avoidable but was worrying
until I realised what had caused it.
After having deleted a few un used windows from my project the "strip
locations" button failed to work for any of my 2D peak lists and spat out
the following error.
Exception in Tkinter callback
Traceback (most recent call last):
File
"/usr/potato/bmbsjp/bin/ccpnmr/python2.4/lib/python2.4/lib-tk/Tkinter.py",
line 1345, in __call__
return self.func(*args)
File
"/usr/potato/bmbsjp/bin/ccpnmr/ccpnmr1.0/python/ccpnmr/analysis/EditPeakListPopup.py",
line 224, in gotoOrthogStrips
(window, positions) =
self.orthogonalDict[self.orthWinPulldown.getSelected()]
KeyError: '1H 13C 15N in Strips'
It seems I have to have at least one 2D window in my project (even if it is
not active) to allow this function to work for 2D peak lists.
Hope this is helpful
Stephen
