there have been various versions of the Equinox re-issued, some less than
legal so far as the current copyright holders would have it. Ben Fernee, who
is on this list and a bibliophile, may be able to give some more details of
re-issues
also, try a net search; not too long ago a very substantial pdf text was to
be found...
