Hi Susan / All
I would caution looking at the pension payout clause of your scheme - some
like ours continues to pay to the widow up to 7 years after the death of
employee - in certain circumstances - you may have to adjust your R&D
accordingly.
Kind regards

Hi Susan
I always recommend a minimum of six years after the last payment to allow
for the winding up of estates etc.
There will of course be some items of correspondence etc that could be
weeded out sooner.
