We are pleased to announce that Queen Mary will be hosting the 11th
ENRGHI conference. We encourage ALL postgraduates with an interest in
health and impairment to take part, this is the best forum for meeting
your health geography contemporaries.
The conference is open to UK and overseas PhD students and early career
researchers. We’d like to encourage research from any aspect of the
wide-ranging fields of health geography. We also actively encourage
interdisciplinary contributions from related fields such as health
sociology, anthropology and epidemiology.
The key aim of this conference is to provide a relaxed environment for
debate. We want to highlight the cutting edge research by our generation
of health geographers and how this research can move the sub-discipline
forward but also contribute more widely to geography and health fields.
We are exploring opportunities to present papers from the conference in
a special issue or special report section in Area as one of the key
outcomes from the conference.
