Try this:
1. Use zenwork snapshot to capture the palm software installation
on a normal pc.
2. create a palm software application object using the atx file
created on step 1.
3. (Optional) delete those unrelated settings in the application
object
4. distribute the application object to the user.
btw, I know palm need administrator right to install the software.
