Hi,
At Reading we use Veritas to backup the whole store, but since we store
our backend on a NetApp filer are able to use their Single Mailbox
Recovery Tool to restore individual mailboxes when needed. The process
still takes some time (~1 day), but not too long.
What version of Exchange are you on? Exchange 2003 has the Recovery
Storage Group, which I believe should do something similar, although I
have never had to use it.
Regards
Anton
