If I were you , I'd look at other, better technologies than J2EE. You'd be
glad you did. The future does seem to be Python and Ruby. Ruby has gained a
lot of hype recently but may be a bit bleeding edge still. Python has been
around a good few years and is massively used at Google, for example. Here
at Leicester we use Python/Zope/Plone. Previously, I've worked on a J2EE
project and am certain it makes things far more complex than necessary.
You'll need all those developers if you're doing it in Java!
