Hello, Yes I have heard about this. But up here it was also known as
halfpenny too. If someone was not all they should be mentally it was said
"they were not a full shilling". Just thought I'd chirp in. I was going to
say add my tuppence worth but on knowing the alternative meaning. Thing I'd
better not. Bw Sally J who is going through a blank phase at the moment with
