Hi Hadi,
If your voxel-space results are registered with MNI and you just wish
to convert to or from world-space coordinates, then you can do this
with the matrix from the MNI T1 template. In SPM5 (you'd probably just
need to change T1.nii to T1.img in SPM2):
V = spm_vol(fullfile(spm('Dir'), 'templates', 'T1.nii'));
V.mat*[x y z 1]' % gives world coords from voxel (x,y,z)
V.mat\[X Y Z 1]' % gives voxel coords from world (X,Y,Z)
If your voxel-space results aren't registered though, then you'll have
to do that first, maybe with just affine (e.g. spm_affreg, spm_maff)
or affine plus DCT (e.g. spm_normalise and spm_write_sn).
