Dear SPM users,
I use SPM5 running on Windows XP with Matlab 7.0.4 (365 R14 Service Pack 2).
I have run the Face Data from the SPM web and finished the instructions (and
processing) in the section ‘Modelling categorical responses’(SPM5 Manual, p.
192). Everything seemed to work fine up to that point. The design matrix
looks fine.
However, I do not seem to be able to succeed in the next step which is
Estimating the model (Estimate, p. 197). I have copied the error message
below for your reference. If I move to the next step ‘Inference for
Categorical Design’, SPM5 asks whether I would like to estimate the model,
if I press YES it attempts to do it and fails again.
Have you come across such an error. If, yes perhaps you know what is causing
it and how it could be fixed. Thanks in advance!
Agnes
