If you search in the list "path information", you will find at least 2 scripts and the information about the toolbox that can help you.

Hi Ben,
although your path within the analysis has not change, probably the
preceding path has. I think there is a little plug-in for this in the
Volumes toolbox which is available form the SPM extension page. Menu:
Multiple Volumes/Change SPM.mat paths (or something similar).
