Hi Juergen,
When you run the second step in SnPM (snpm_cp), it
will eliminate background voxels and only analyze
those voxels that pass a global threshold. The error
message said that 'No voxels in brain' passed the
threshold and therefore there was no voxel to analyze.
As the first step to debug, would you check if the
images are destroyed or corrupted?
