Position for PhD Student (Research assistant)
within the Project “Multiparametric Analysis of the Correlation of Perceptual
and Cognitive Neuronal Signals through Integration of MEG and 3T-fMRI”

We are looking for a graduate student (doctoral candidate, BAT 2a/2) who
should conduct auditory and cognitive human research studies integrating MEG
and fMRI methods. Candidates must have an excellent Master’s degree in
neuroscience, psychology, physics, engineering or another relevant field. The
ideal candidate should have strong interest in experimental research using
neuroimaging techniques and skills in scientific writing. The ability to
become acquainted with new methods within short time and good familiarity with
scientific tools like MATLAB programming and statistical analysis are
appreciated. The position provides interdisciplinary work environment in
collaboration with scientists from different countries and the communication
language is English.
The position is available from Mai 1, 2006 for 2 years. An extension for
