*Post-doc in brain imaging and DTI / Laboratory for Behavioral Neurology
and Imaging of Cognition, Geneva University (Switzerland)*
A position in available for a post-doc (or equivalent) to conduct
cognitive neuroimaging research using diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) and
fiber-tracking techniques, with or without additional knowledge in fMRI.
Candidates should have previous expertise in diffusion MRI and image
processing, and will participate to studies of perception and emotion in
healthy subjects and neurological patients (e.g. stroke, multiple
sclerosis, epilepsy). Many opportunities are possible for collaborations
with other researchers in clinical and cognitive neuroscience, including
several brain mapping and EEG groups affiliated with the University
Medical Center, the National Research Center for Affective Sciences, and
the new Interdisciplinary Center for Neuroscience (see
http://labnic.unige.ch). Geneva offers a thriving international
environment and high quality of living. Starting date is flexible
(earliest October 1st 2006). Reviews of applications will start
