You can always use the ImCalc or reslice options. For ImCalc, first
select the image of the dimensions you aim for and then those you want
to change. Then use something like ((i+1)>0.1).*i2 or so. However, you
are not only changing the resolution but, in your example, you heavily
change the proportions of the dataset. I bet it will look funny but
whether it is meaningful is another question. Also, interpolation will
degrade your quality.
