Hello everyone,
I am looking for literature on the simulation of Zipf law of cities
(the power law observed in the population size of real life cities or
settlements in a given area).
My special interest is in simulations that use somehow the real world
geography as a factor, but any reference would be useful.
here is what I have so far

Virtual Worlds, Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis – University
