The BA (British Association for the Advancement of Science) is a registered charity which exists to advance the public understanding, accessibility and accountability of the sciences and engineering.
This role is an exciting opportunity to work within a team delivering and developing the Science in Society programme of the BA. The BA's Science in Society programme consists of a variety of regular and occasional activities targeted at three key audiences: scientists, science communication practitioners and lay publics.
You will have the ability to provide practical help at events, to research ideas and source speakers, and have a good telephone manner. You should also have experience of working with Microsoft Office, specifically Access.
