Sorry for being a bit down on this, but what exactly is the advantage of
setting up yet another resource when there are so many out there
already? Negotiating use for you website is one thing, but licencing it
for others (unknown) to use is something else. If I understand you
correctly, essentially the effect of what you are trying to do will take
custom away from a commercial photo library - I suspect they may not be
too keen on this...
A list of links to photo libraries and sources (pay and free) is useful,
if you can get it to the top of a google hit list (pay for a sponsored
link?)
