Hi Sarah - we are, of course, sending out forms and information to
everyone, no matter what they look like. I didn't want to fill up
peoples mail boxes with all the info and had no room to do so on the BBC
page. I will forward you the info on an individual email in a moment.
When you are receiving very many applications and talking to a large
number of people on the phone, it really helps to put a face to a name
to remember who is who.
I hope that explains. Sorry for any misunderstanding.
Many best wishes
Andrea.

How to put good people off a job at the BBC:
'please send in a recent photo'.
...apparently, you have to send in a photo for this job before they'll
even give you more information.
Well, at least we know their priorities.
Yours witheringly
