FameLab is the national hunt for the science communicators of the
future. Details about the competition are available at www.famelab.org.
We are looking for volunteers to help out at the FameLab auditions in:
Newcastle on March 10;
Swansea on March 19;
Edinburgh on March 26;
and Belfast on April 22
This is a great opportunity to meet lots of other people who are
interested in science communication, and to pick up some tips on what
works (and what doesn't!) for your own science communication activities,
or in preparation for your entry in FameLab next year. It will also
give you an insight into event organisation, and you really do get a
free lunch!
You will need to be available for the whole day. If you are local to
any of these areas and interested in helping out please email
[log in to unmask] with a short note explaining your background
and why you are interested in volunteering.
