The SCI-FUN Scottish Science Technology Roadshow, which promotes science in
schools
throughout Scotland, requires a full-time presenter. You will be part of a small team
responsible
for the training of students, the production of material for shows and hands-on
exhibits, the
execution and delivery of the programme, some equipment maintenance and
routine
administration.
You should have a science/engineering degree and preferably have experience in
communicating
science to young people (a teaching qualification would be welcomed). As you will
frequently be
required to travel throughout Scotland, the ability to work flexible hours is required
and a clean
driving licence is essential.
