Thanks for the plug. BTW, we have completed a third edition of
'Writing about Medicines for People' and it's going on sale shortly.
Interestingly the 'basic research-based principles' in the above book
are derived from a much more generalised set of principles which have
been tested out in many areas of information design, including web
design.
We are in the final stages of writing a student textbook in
information design practice. In it we give a complete how-to-do-it
step by step guide, and a full explanation of the principles and
practices involved. Its fully illustrated from our many case histories.
In our publishing schedule we are due to deliver final art by 15
December with a release date scheduled for the end of January.
