hi all
i am looking at our personal development plans(PDR) and reviews(PDR's) and
currently they are HR/business based and i want to focus on OH nurse
development rather than ...what "the nurse" will do for the business.
As the PDR is a major factor in salary review.is anyone willing to
share????
also just a query
do those who offer health MOTS including finger prick cholesterol or blood
sugar testing obtain consent and at what point is referral back to GP's
made? i've been asked about offering this service...i'm aware of the
background arguements ie dont check unless you have a follow up etc, i'm
just putting a line of defence together!!
