Age Regs come into force in October this year and we've been asked to look at this one recently. Our take on PEQ assessment was that we need to be aware of their age as some conditions will be age related ( e.g. diabetes type one and type two, there are many others). This is only to be used to assess impact this may have on the individual's ability to carry out the role they are applying for.
