'Listening to Children: Research and Consultation' is a ten-week training
course designed for those who work with children and young people and want
to improve their skills of research and consultation. Run by the Centre for
Research on Families and Relationships (CRFR - www.crfr.ac.uk), it involves
a combination of online learning and classroom sessions based at the
University of Edinburgh.
Bookings are now being taken for Autumn 2006. Practical details are as
follows:
- 10 weeks from 18th September 2006
- classroom sessions take place on Tue 26th Sept, Tue 10th Oct, Tue 24th Oct
and Tue 7th Nov (10am - 4pm)
- convenient and reliable access to a computer and the internet is required
- aimed at those with a grounding in social research
- cost £650 (£750 if you wish to study for credit)
