Reader/Senior Lecturer in Film and TV Studies
Royal Holloway Media Arts are seeking a Reader/SL with a substantial
research profile to join the established team in one of Britain’s leading
departments. You may fit within our existing specialisms in film and
television studies, including British, US and world TV and cinema, gender,
history, aesthetics and documentary. Alternatively, you may bring an
approach that will enable us to develop in a new direction. You will make
a significant contribution to our RAE submission; will be enthused by a
context involving substantial media practice activity; and committed to
developing a BA in Film and Television Studies with Modern Languages.
The salary will be between £40,819 and £43,850 including London
Allowance, depending on experience, subject to annual reviews.
The start date of the post is anytime after 1st September 2006.
